Remote Condensing

Remote Condensing Refrigeration Equipment

Remote refrigeration refers to where the evaporator is located within the refrigerated space, but the condensing unit is located elsewhere; normally outside the building or in a suitable plant room. The purpose is to discharge the heat removed from the room to the external environment, thus avoiding the discharge of heat into the area surrounding the appliance.

Remote systems offer a variety of benefits: they do not expel heat into area around the refrigerated space; less cooling required for this area as a result; and low noise emissions over an integral system as the part of the system which generates the most noise is located elsewhere.
